1. Agreement to Terms

We make no warranty that:

Defects or vulnerabilities will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLEMOSTOS STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF POLEMOSTOS STUDIO LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF POLEMOSTOS STUDIO LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO POLEMOSTOS STUDIO LLC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polemostos Studio LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
Any content you submit or share through the Service
8. Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Polemostos Studio LLC agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may pursue arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above to reflect any material changes.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Polemostos Studio LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
